Before treatment, avoid excessive sun exposure and harsh exfoliating products for at least 3–5 days. After treatment, avoid hot showers, saunas, vigorous exercise, and exfoliating products for 24–48 hours. Keep the skin clean, hydrated, and protected from excessive sun exposure.
