SGD$5 per location for deliveries in Singapore. Delivery fee is waived for orders above SGD$200. We also offer self-collection, which is free of charge, at any of our locations across the island.

Yes! Self-collection is free of charge and you can pick-up your order at any of our locations during operating hours.

Sorry, delivery date and time cannot be chosen. 

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days. It will then take about 4 working days to deliver.

All products purchased are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

We currently do not offer a tracking number. If you do not receive your parcel within the estimated time of delivery, please email to logistic@skinlabmedspa.com
Easy! You can make changes to your shipping address within the hour after making your purchase. Simply drop us an email at logistic@skinlabmedspa.com with your order number and new shipping address.

Not at the moment. If you wish to receive your order urgently, you may wish to make a purchase at our outlet. We recommend to drop our outlet a call to confirm availability of products.

For now, all orders are made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.
